Hello Mr. Roteman,
The Jewish Woman and Women in Shul. I remember when I first saw a woman in Shul wearing a tallis I thought she went crazy or was on something but realized that she was serious. I still see it being wrong but I can’t say why I feel this way. Maybe it was taught to me or I just saw it the way it was suppose to be. It happens here in Venice and Naples also but it really still makes me feel like it’s out of place. All Jewish Women should be honored for ALL that they do for their families and for the Shul. My Mother was that type of woman who kept us all in check and encouraged us all, even my father, to do good things. The movie should be very interesting and didn’t you do a piece on this man in a past Chatter? I remember reading about this man somewhere and I thought that it might have been in a Chatter. Good piece again. Take care my friend!!
Shabbat Shalom,
Paul Lederstein
